Apple Keyboards (2007): New key placement and functionality

Apple Ultra-thin Aluminium keyboards – Function keys.

Instead of using two hands - pressing the Fn-key and the wanted F-key, - you can turn off the preset (Dashboard, etc.) by doing the following:

1. Click on the "Blue" Apple logo in your menu bar.
2. Click the System Preferences.
3. Click the Keyboard and Mouse.
4. Click the Keyboard tab.
5. Click the check box for Standard Operation of F-keys
